Lawyers, judges, and paralegals handle many documents. Often, this means having to work with documents in a variety of formats. But what if you need to turn a PDF spreadsheet into an Excel spreadsheet so you can manipulate the data? Don't worry – it's easier than you think! In this tutorial, I'll show you how in just a few simple steps using programs like Adobe Acrobat Professional - a program that works on both Apple and Windows. So don't let the format of your data stand in the way of getting the job done. Follow along and see for yourself how easy it is!

Step 1: Open the PDF Sheet in Adobe Acrobat.

The first step is to open the PDF sheet you wish to convert in Adobe Acrobat.

Step 2: Export the Spreadsheet.

To export the spreadsheet, choose 'File' from the top menu, then select 'Export To' from the dropdown menu. From there, select 'Spreadsheet' then 'Microsoft Excel'.

Step 3: Choose the File Name and Destination.

When the 'Export PDF' dialogue box appears, make sure you name the document and choose the destination, such as your desktop or your Downloads folder.

Step 4: Open the Spreadsheet in Excel.

Now that the file has been exported, you can open it in Microsoft Excel. It may automatically open after it has been exported, or you may have to select it from the File Destination you saved it to earlier.

And there you have it – you've successfully converted a PDF spreadsheet into an Excel spreadsheet!
